F.D.W.C. Duck Calls have a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects and all human error except you running over the call with your truck or your dog chewing it up. In order for a call to be warrantied the entire call (broken/unbroken parts) must be shipped back to F.D.W.C. for us to inspect. Acrylic parts only are covered under the lifetime warranty. Wood parts are covered by a 60 Day Warranty due to the natural drying effect of wood. Please include a detailed description of what happened along with name, address, phone number, email address and what you would like for us to do. Once we receive and inspect the call, we will be in contact with you to discuss possible outcomes. Typical turnaround is about four (4) weeks.
Re-tuning is also covered under the warranty and a call can be shipped back to us (at your expense) at anytime during the life of the call for us to re-tune free of charge and shipped back (at your expense). So please include a prepaid shipping label or cashiers check for the cost of shipping with the call. If you would like for us to charge the shipping to your credit card please include a note stating that and we will contact you for that information.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by a detailed description stating the reason, name, address, phone number, email address and what you would like for us to do. We will contact you to discuss possible outcomes. Returns/exchanges will not be made for reasons like the call doesn't fit your style of calling.
If you are unsure if your call meets the qualifications for returns/exchanges/repair or warranty please call us before shipping the call. If the call has any sentimental value and you would like the broke parts returned please include a note with the call stating that.
